As a department under Dallas City Hall, the Office on Equity and Inclusion (OEI) is charged with reporting on indicators about the demographics of the city of Dallas that be used to understand, target and track equity within communities. The report provides very discouraging collected data for Afro-Americans residing in the Dallas area. But all this can be solved with American Freedmen Reparations.
